Oreels Casino Registration: How to Open Your Account
Joining takes a few minutes. On this page we walk you through who can register, what you need to hand, how we check your account and the limits you can set before you play your first spin. You must be 18 or over to open an account with us, and we will ask you to confirm your age during sign-up.
Who can open an account with us
Registration at Oreels Casino is open to adults who meet a short set of conditions. You need to be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into our terms, and you need to be a natural person: accounts cannot be held by a company or any other legal entity. Your account is for your own personal, recreational use, so you cannot register on someone else's behalf or let anyone else play on your account.
- You are 18 or over and able to agree to the terms
- You live in a permitted jurisdiction, which includes the United Kingdom and the other jurisdictions listed on the site
- You are registering as an individual, for your own recreational play
- You do not already hold an open account with us
- You are not currently self-excluded with us or through a multi-operator scheme such as GAMSTOP
We run a one account per person policy. Duplicate accounts are not accepted, so if you already have an account you simply sign in with it rather than starting again. If an earlier account of yours was restricted or closed, a new one cannot be opened. The same applies if a self-exclusion or a time-out is still running on your name: it has to reach its end date before a new registration can go ahead.
Opening your account step by step
- Select Join
The Join button sits at the top of every page. Choosing it opens the sign-up form and the on-screen prompts take you through the rest.
- Enter your personal details
We ask for your name, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number and post code. Use your real details exactly as they appear on your identity documents.
- Set your login details
Your email address becomes your username, and you choose the password that goes with it. Pick something you do not use anywhere else.
- Read and accept the Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains what we do with the information you have given us. You confirm you have read and accepted it as part of signing up.
- Make your first deposit
Deposits are made from the Account section using the Deposit button: pick a method, enter an amount and confirm. The minimum deposit is £10 and a single transaction can be up to £2,000.
- Opt in to the welcome offer
No promotional code is needed. You opt in at the point of deposit, and the offer is then attached to your new account.

Play your way, every day
The whole process runs in your browser and nothing is posted to you. Once the form is submitted you can sign in straight away with the email address and password you chose.
Ready to join?
New players who deposit at least £20 can claim our welcome package of up to £4,200 plus 300 free spins, with 35× wagering on the bonus amount and 30 days to use it.
The details we ask for and why we need them
Nothing on the sign-up form is there for the sake of it. As a licensed operator we have to know who holds each account, confirm you are old enough to play and be able to reach you about your money and your account.
| Detail | Why we ask for it |
|---|---|
| Full name | Identifies the account holder and must match the name on your payment method |
| Date of birth | Confirms you are 18 or over |
| Gender | Part of the registration record we hold for your account |
| Email address | Your username, and how we send account notices and password reset links |
| Telephone number | Lets support reach you quickly and supports SMS messages |
| Post code | Helps confirm your address and that you are in a permitted jurisdiction |
Keep these details current once you are registered. Your first and last name, country of residence, email address and phone number all need to stay accurate, because notices about your account go to the contact details on file. If we make a material change to the terms, we tell you by email and with a banner on the site at least seven days before it takes effect.
Account checks before your first payout
We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 23328, and every account is verified before a first withdrawal is released. Verification is a normal part of holding a real-money account and is handled by our team once you request your first payout.
Depending on what we already hold, we may ask you for documents that confirm who you are and where your funds come from. Having them ready saves time.
- Proof of identity, including your name and date of birth
- Your contact details and post code
- Credit or debit card details used on the account
- Bank statements and, where relevant, evidence of salary or other income
- Information about any prior CCJs or insolvencies, and the results of credit screening
Your payment method must be in your own name
Deposits have to come from a method you own and are authorised to use. A card or wallet in someone else's name will not pass the checks, and it is the quickest way for a payout to be held up.
Keeping your new account secure

Claim your welcome bonus
Your account credentials cover your email address and password, any security answers you set, two-factor authentication codes, passkeys and the devices you have approved for sign-in. Treat all of them as private: anyone who has them has your balance. We use current encryption technology to protect your financial information, and game outcomes are decided on our servers, where our records take precedence over anything shown on screen.
- Choose a password you do not reuse on any other site
- Turn on two-factor authentication or a passkey if you want a second layer on sign-in
- If you ever forget your password, the Forgot Password? option emails you a reset link
- Change your password from Account, then My Account, using the settings icon
- Tell support straight away if you think someone else has used your details
Safer gambling tools you can set from day one
Gambling is entertainment, and it carries real risk: money you stake can be lost. The controls below are available as soon as your account is open, and we would rather you set them early than wait until play stops feeling like fun.
- Deposit limits cap how much you can pay in over a set period
- Time-out closes your account to play for a short break
- Self-exclusion blocks access for a longer, fixed period and applies across our network
- GAMSTOP lets you self-exclude from every operator licensed in Great Britain at once
- Our Safer Gambling and Fair Play information sets out how each tool works
Free, independent help is there if you want to talk to someone outside the site. The National Gambling Helpline, GambleAware and GamCare all offer confidential support, and we signpost them throughout the account area. Self-exclusion rules also cover net deposits and breach periods, so once a break is in place it holds.
Set your deposit limit before your first deposit
A limit decided with a clear head is easier to live with than one you set after a long session. You can tighten it whenever you like, and a loosened limit takes effect only after a cooling-off period.
If your sign-up does not go through
Most registrations complete on the first attempt. When one does not, the reason is usually one of a handful of things, and nearly all of them are fixable in a couple of minutes.
- Your details do not match your documents: check spelling, your date of birth and your post code
- You already hold an account with us, in which case you sign in rather than register
- A self-exclusion or time-out is still active and has to run its full term
- An earlier account of yours was restricted or closed, so a new one cannot be opened
- You are outside a permitted jurisdiction at the time of signing up
If you are stuck, talk to us. Live chat is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week, in English, and we also answer by email and SMS. Restricted accounts are always handled by our support team rather than through the sign-up form.

Big games, big bonuses
Every game is independently audited for fairness and runs on certified random number generators from licensed suppliers. Return-to-player figures and the full rules for any title sit inside the game itself, under the help or information menu, so you can check them before you stake.

Registration: questions and answers
How old do I have to be to register?
You must be at least 18. We confirm your date of birth as part of signing up and again during account verification.
How long does registration take?
A few minutes. You fill in the on-screen form after selecting Join, accept the Privacy Policy and your account is ready to use.
Do I need a promo code when I sign up?
No. There is no code for the welcome package. You opt in at the point of making your first deposit of £20 or more.
Can I open a second account?
No. We allow one account per person, and duplicate accounts are not accepted. If you already hold one, sign in with it instead.
What documents will I be asked for?
Typically proof of identity, and where relevant bank statements or evidence of income. Verification is completed before your first withdrawal is released.
I am self-excluded elsewhere. Can I still register?
Not while the exclusion is live. An active self-exclusion or time-out, including one through GAMSTOP, has to expire before a new account can be opened.
Can someone else deposit into my account?
No. Every deposit must come from a payment method in your own name that you are authorised to use.
What if I need help during sign-up?
Live chat runs 24/7 in English, and we also answer by email and SMS. Our team can look into anything the form will not let you complete.
