Oreels Casino Login: Sign In to Your Account

Your sign-in is the door to everything on your account: your balance, your limits, your promotions and your play history. Here is exactly how to log in, what to do when your password has slipped your mind, and how we keep that door shut to everyone but you.

Forgot password?

Signing in with your email and password

You log in to Oreels Casino with the email address you registered with and the password you chose. There is no separate username or member number to remember: the email is your identity on the account, and the password is the only part you need to keep private.

  1. Open the sign-in prompt

Choose the sign-in option at the top of the site, or open the app if you play on Android or iOS. Your session works the same way in both.

  2. Enter your registered email address

Type the address exactly as you gave it to us. If you have more than one mailbox, use the one that receives our emails about your account.

  3. Enter your password

Passwords are case sensitive. Watch for an active caps lock and for spaces that a browser sometimes adds when it pastes.

  4. Confirm any extra security step

If you use two-factor authentication, a passkey or an approved device, complete that step and you are in.

Open your account today

Once you are signed in, your real-money balance, any active promotion and your limits all travel with you. The account is the same whether you open it in a mobile browser or in the app, so there is nothing to transfer and nothing to set up twice.

One account per person is the rule here

We keep a single open account for each player. If a sign-in attempt does not match an open account, our live chat team can look it up and tell you where things stand.

Forgotten your password? Resetting it from the sign-in page

A forgotten password is the most common reason a login fails, and it takes a couple of minutes to put right. The reset runs entirely through your registered email address, which is why that address needs to be one you can still open.

  1. Select 'Forgot Password?'

You will find it on the sign-in page, next to the password field.

  2. Give us your email address

Enter the address on your account. We send the reset to that address only.

  3. Open the reset link we email you

If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder before asking again.

  4. Set a new password and sign in

Choose something you have not used elsewhere, then return to the sign-in page and log in with it.

If the email never lands, the address on the account may be an old one. That is a change our support team handles with you directly, because changing the email on a gambling account is an identity matter rather than a settings tweak.

Changing your password while you are signed in

You do not need to be locked out to change your password. If you suspect someone has seen it, or you simply want a stronger one, you can swap it from inside your account in under a minute.

  1. Open Account, then My Account.
  2. Select the settings icon.
  3. Choose Change Password.
  4. Enter your current password, then your new one, and save.

Because the change asks for your current password first, nobody can alter it from a session you left open on a shared device without already knowing it. If you cannot supply the current password, use the reset route from the sign-in page instead.

Two-factor codes, passkeys and the credentials that belong to you alone

Your account credentials cover more than a password. They include your username or email, your password or passcode, any security answers, two-factor authentication codes, passkeys and the device-based authentication you have approved. Treat every one of them as personal to you.

Hundreds of slots, one account

Passkeys and two-factor authentication are the strongest options available on the account, because a password on its own can be guessed or reused from another site that has leaked. With a second factor in place, knowing the password is not enough to get in.

Never pass your login to anyone else

Your account is for your own personal, recreational use. Sharing credentials, or letting someone else play on your sign-in, puts both your balance and your account standing at risk.

  • Use a password you have not used on any other site.
  • Turn on a second factor or a passkey if your device supports one.
  • Sign out when you have finished on a device other people use.
  • Change your password straight away if you think it has been seen.

When a sign-in does not go through

Most failed logins come down to a typo, a stored password that is out of date in the browser, or caps lock. Clear the saved entry, type both fields by hand and try once more before assuming anything is wrong with the account itself.

There are also reasons a login is blocked on purpose. An active self-exclusion or time-out holds across the network, and it has to run its full course before access returns. The same applies if a previous account was closed or restricted. In those cases the sign-in page cannot help, and our support team is the right place to ask what applies to you.

What your account opens up once you are in

The Account area is the hub for everything practical. Deposits start from the Deposit button, cash-outs from the Withdraw button, and promotions you have opted into are claimed from the same place. Our welcome package of up to £4,200 plus 300 free spins is picked up here too, with no promotional code to type in.

You will also find your personal details, your password settings and your safer gambling controls in the same area, so a quick sign-in is usually all it takes to adjust something rather than having to contact anyone.

Up to £4,200 and 300 free spins for new players

Sign in, deposit at least £20 and opt in from your Account. Wagering is 35× the bonus amount, maximum bet £5 per spin, valid for 30 days. 18+ only; play for entertainment and never with money you need elsewhere.

Keeping your details current so you are never locked out

Your first and last name, country of residence, email address and phone number all need to stay up to date on the account. The email in particular does double duty: it is half of your login and the only route a password reset can take.

It also matters before your first cash-out. We verify every account before the first withdrawal, and the documents that may be asked for include proof of identity, bank statements and evidence of income. Details that match your paperwork make that check quick and dull, which is exactly what you want it to be.

Changing your email? Do it before you need it

If you are about to give up an old mailbox, update the address on your account while you can still sign in. A reset link sent to an address you cannot open is of no use to anyone.

When we make a material change to the terms, we tell you by email and with a banner on the site at least seven days before it takes effect. That notice period only works if the address on file is one you read.

Staying in control from inside your account

Signing in should also be the moment you set the boundaries you want. Deposit limits, time-out options and self-exclusion are all available on the account, and self-exclusion is offered site-wide as well as through GAMSTOP. We signpost GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline for anyone who wants to talk to someone independent.

Play your way, every day

Gambling is entertainment, and every game carries real risk of losing what you stake. Limits set in a calm moment do their work later, which is why the quickest thing to do after a login is often to check that yours still suit you.

  • Deposit limits cap what you can pay in over a period you choose.
  • Time-out closes access for a short break.
  • Self-exclusion applies across the network and through GAMSTOP.
  • 18+ only - accounts are for adults using the site for personal, recreational play.

How your sign-in and your money are protected

We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 23328. Financial information is protected with current encryption technology, and every account is verified before a first withdrawal is paid out.

Game outcomes are settled on our servers rather than in your browser, so a dropped connection mid-session does not change a result. If the screen and the server record ever disagree, the server record is the one that stands. All games are independently audited for fairness and use certified random number generators from licensed suppliers, and you can open the return-to-player figures and full rules from the help menu inside any game.

Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name that you are authorised to use, and we pay withdrawals back to your own method. That single rule, more than any other, is what keeps someone else's card off your account and your winnings pointed at you.

Getting help with access, any hour

Live chat runs 24 hours a day, every day of the week, in English, and email and SMS support are available alongside it. Anything the sign-in page cannot fix for you - a changed email address, a restricted account, a verification question - goes through those channels.

Have your account details ready when you get in touch. Confirming who you are is the first step in any conversation about access, and having the answers to hand turns a long exchange into a short one.

Ready when you are

Sign in with your email and password, set the limits that suit you and pick from over 1,300 games, including live tables with real croupiers. Withdrawals average under four hours and more than half complete instantly.

Login: questions and answers

What do I use to log in to Oreels Casino?

Your registered email address and your password. There is no separate username, and the same details work in the browser and in the mobile app.

I have forgotten my password. What now?

Select 'Forgot Password?' on the sign-in page and enter your email address. We send a reset link to that address, and you set a new password from there.

The reset email has not arrived. What should I check?

Look in your spam and promotions folders first. If it is still missing, the address on your account may be an old one, and live chat can sort that out with you.

How do I change my password without resetting it?

Sign in, go to Account, then My Account, select the settings icon and choose Change Password. You enter your current password followed by the new one.

Can I use two-factor authentication or a passkey?

Yes. Two-factor codes, passkeys and approved device-based authentication are all supported, and they make a stolen password far less useful to anyone else.

Why can I not get into my account at all?

An active time-out or self-exclusion holds across the network until it expires, and a previously closed account cannot be reopened as a new one. Our support team can tell you which applies.

Is it safe to stay signed in on a shared device?

We would not recommend it. Sign out when you finish on any device other people use, and change your password straight away if you think someone has seen it.

Do I need to verify my identity before I can sign in?

No, verification is tied to your first withdrawal rather than to logging in. Keeping your name, address and contact details accurate makes that check quicker when it comes.
