Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets, spins and live table rounds are placed and settled at Oreels Casino. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and the rules built into each individual game.

General rules for every game and every bet
These betting and game rules form part of your agreement with us and apply to all play on the site, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game has its own rules, paytable or help screen, those apply to that game in addition to the rules set out below.
- Age and identity. Play is for adults aged 18 or over only. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity and age of our players, and we may ask for documents before a withdrawal is paid.
- One account per person. You may hold a single account with us. Play from a second account, or from an account opened or used by someone else, may be voided together with any balance arising from it.
- Real money and bonus balance. Your account can hold both real money and bonus funds. Where both are available, stakes are taken in the order set out in the cashier, and bonus funds stay subject to the terms of the offer they came from.
- Bets are final. A bet, spin or hand is final once it is confirmed and the round has started. We cannot cancel, change or refund a settled round because of a mis-click, a change of mind or an unexpected result.
- Fair play. We may void bets, end a game session or restrict an account where we find collusion, automated software, use of a fault in a game, or any other breach of our Terms & Conditions.
Playing within your limits
You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from the safer gambling area of your account. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed online operators in Great Britain.
How bets and spins are settled
Every outcome is produced by the game server, not by your device. The result recorded on the server settles the round and is final. If your screen shows something different because of a display fault or a lost connection, the server record stands.
- You place a stake within the limits shown in the game.
- The game produces an outcome using its own random number generator.
- Wins are calculated from the game's paytable and in-game rules.
- The settled amount is applied to your balance and recorded in your account history.
Each game carries its own rules, paytable and return-to-player figure, which you can open from the game's help or information screen before you stake. The return-to-player figure is a long-term theoretical average measured across very many rounds; it does not describe what any single session will return.
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. Where a game, the game server or the systems supporting them do not work as intended, the affected round and any pay arising from it are void, and the stake for that round is returned to your account.
- Faults include display errors, duplicated rounds, incorrect pays, a paytable that does not match the game's rules, and any outcome produced outside the game's normal operation.
- If a round is interrupted by a lost connection, it is held open and either resumes or settles automatically the next time you open that game. Check your account history to confirm how it was settled.
- Funds credited in error do not belong to you. We may correct the balance and ask for the return of anything already withdrawn.
If a round looks wrong
Stop playing that game and contact us before you stake again. A round is much easier to look into while the session details are fresh.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credit are governed by the terms of the offer they came from, which you can open from the promotion and from the bonus section of your account. Those terms take priority over general play settings where the two differ.
- A maximum stake applies while a bonus or its wagering is active. Rounds placed above it may be voided and any win from them removed.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games do not contribute at all.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering attached to them is complete.
| Setting | Where it is shown |
|---|---|
| Maximum stake while a bonus is active | The terms of the offer the bonus came from |
| Game contribution towards wagering | The offer terms and the game's information screen |
| Wagering still to complete | The bonus section of your account |
| Expiry of a bonus or of free spins | The offer terms as set out in the cashier |
Live casino and table games
Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio and follow the rules published in each table's help screen. Those rules cover how cards are dealt, when a shoe is reshuffled, what happens to a misdeal and how side bets are settled.
- Betting time. Each round has a betting window shown on the table. A bet placed after the window closes is not accepted, and a chip that does not register before betting closes is returned.
- Dealer and studio decisions. The decision of the dealer, and of the studio manager where one is called, settles the round at the table. Where a card is exposed, misdealt or dealt out of turn, the table's own rules decide whether the round continues or is void.
- Table limits. Minimum and maximum stakes are shown on each table and may differ between tables of the same game.
- Leaving a table. If you close the game or lose connection with a bet in play, the round is completed under the table's rules and settled to your account.
Questions and disputes about a round
If you disagree with how a round was settled, contact us through the live chat on the site or write to support@casino-oreels.co.uk. Tell us what happened and we will look into it against the server record.
- The name of the game and, for live play, the table.
- The date and time of the round, including your time zone if you were playing outside the UK.
- The round or game identifier shown in your account history.
- The stake, the result you saw and the result you expected.
We will confirm that we have your message and tell you the outcome together with the reason for it. The server record is the decisive evidence in any dispute about a game round. If our answer does not settle the matter, we will explain how to take it further under our complaints procedure, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution service named there.
