Bonus Terms and Conditions
These terms set out how bonuses, free spins and other promotions work at Oreels Casino. They explain who can claim an offer, how wagering requirements are met and when a bonus can be removed.

How these bonus terms apply
These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern every bonus, free spin, cashback, prize draw and other promotional offer made available to you by Oreels Casino. They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, and they apply from the moment you opt in to an offer or a bonus is credited to your account with us.
Each individual promotion also carries its own specific terms: the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement, the games it may be used on, the time limit and any maximum amount that can be withdrawn from it. Those specific terms are shown with the promotion itself and in the promotions area of your account. Where a specific promotional term differs from these general bonus terms, the specific term takes priority for that offer.
- Our general Terms and Conditions apply to your account, your deposits and your withdrawals at all times.
- These bonus terms apply to all promotional credit, whether you requested it or it was offered to you.
- The terms displayed with a particular offer apply to that offer only.
- If you do not accept the terms attached to an offer, do not opt in, and tell us before you play so that the bonus can be removed.
Before you opt in
Check the wagering requirement, the time limit and the maximum withdrawal shown with the offer. Once a bonus is active it cannot usually be removed without the bonus funds, and anything won from them, being forfeited.
Who can claim a bonus
Promotions are open to registered account holders who are 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. We hold a gaming licence and we verify the identity, age and payment details of our customers, so a bonus may be held until those checks are complete.
- One bonus per person, household, e-mail address, payment method, IP address and device, unless the offer states otherwise.
- Your account must be fully registered and the details you have given us must be accurate and up to date.
- Any deposit made to qualify for an offer must come from a payment method held in your own name.
- You must opt in where the promotion asks you to, and you must do so before you deposit or play.
- Accounts that are closed, self-excluded, taking a time-out or otherwise restricted at the time of the offer are not eligible.
If you have asked us to stop sending you promotional material, we will not contact you about offers and bonuses will not be added to your account automatically. You can change your marketing preferences at any time in your account settings.
Wagering requirements and how they are met
A wagering requirement is the amount you must stake before funds from a bonus, or winnings from free spins, can be withdrawn as cash. The multiplier that applies, the balance it is calculated on and the time you have to complete it are shown with each offer.
How wagering is calculated
- The requirement is applied either to the bonus amount alone or to the deposit and bonus together, as stated in the offer.
- Only real stakes placed on eligible games count towards the requirement.
- Games contribute at different rates and some are excluded entirely; the contribution table for each offer is shown on the promotion page and in the cashier.
- Cash funds in your balance are played first unless the offer states otherwise, and bonus funds are used once your cash balance has been spent.
- Stakes that cover a large proportion of the outcomes of a single game round, or opposite sides of the same event, do not count towards wagering.
Limits that apply while a bonus is active
| Limit | What it controls | Where it is shown |
|---|---|---|
| Maximum stake | The largest bet you may place while bonus funds are in play | The terms of the individual offer |
| Maximum conversion | The most that can be withdrawn from winnings made with bonus funds | The terms of the individual offer |
| Time limit | How long you have to use the bonus and complete the wagering | The promotion page and your account |
| Eligible games | Which games count towards wagering, and at what rate | The contribution table in the cashier |
If a stake above the maximum bet is placed while a bonus is active, or a restricted game is played with bonus funds, we may remove the bonus and any winnings connected with it. Where that happens, your own deposited funds remain yours and can be withdrawn in the normal way.
Free spins, cashback and other rewards
Free spins are credited at a fixed stake value and on the games named in the offer. Winnings from free spins are normally credited as bonus funds and carry a wagering requirement; where they are credited as cash instead, the offer will say so.
- Free spins expire if they are not used within the period stated in the offer, and any unused spins are then removed.
- Cashback and similar rewards are calculated on net losses over the period described in the offer and are credited once that period has ended.
- Prize draw entries are earned in the way the offer describes, and prizes are awarded once entries have been checked.
- Non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Loyalty points, where offered, hold no cash value until they are exchanged in your account for the rewards shown there.
Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be used where the offer excludes a particular game or game feature, and are removed if your account is closed.
Fair play, account checks and removed offers
We expect promotions to be used as they are intended. Where we identify play designed to extract value from an offer rather than to play the games, we may withhold or remove the bonus, cancel winnings made from it and limit access to future promotions.
- Opening or using more than one account, or acting together with other customers, to claim the same offer.
- Using payment details, addresses or devices that belong to someone else.
- Low-risk staking patterns that clear a wagering requirement without exposing bonus funds to real loss.
- Giving information at registration that is not accurate, or declining to complete identity checks.
- Depositing and withdrawing without play in order to repeat a qualifying deposit.
Account checks
We may ask you to confirm your identity, age, address or ownership of a payment method before a bonus is credited or a withdrawal is paid. Bonus funds and any related winnings may be held while those checks are completed.
Changes, safer gambling and getting in touch
We may change, suspend or end a promotion at any time. Where a change affects a bonus already credited to your account, the terms that applied when you opted in continue to apply to that bonus. Obvious errors in the way an offer is described or credited may be corrected, and funds credited in error may be removed.
Promotions are for players aged 18 and over only. You can set deposit limits, set loss and session limits, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time from the safer gambling area of your account, and promotional messages stop while those measures are in place. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop allows you to block yourself from licensed online gambling sites in Great Britain.
If anything in these bonus terms is unclear, or you believe a bonus has been credited or removed in error, contact our support team by e-mail at support@casino-oreels.co.uk or through the live chat on our site. If we cannot settle the matter with you, your complaint will be looked into under the complaints procedure set out in our general Terms and Conditions.
