Accepting these terms, and how we change them

These terms, together with the offer terms and policies we publish on the site, form the agreement between you and us. By registering an account, adding funds or placing any stake, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.

We may change these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, our regulatory obligations, new features or new payment options. Where a change is more than minor, we will tell you before it takes effect by e-mail or by a message in your account.

If you do not accept an updated version, you can ask us to close your account and pay out your balance once any outstanding checks are complete. Playing after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Who can hold an account, and your duties as account holder

Age and location

You must be 18 or over to hold an account or place a stake, and we check the age of every customer. If we find that you were under 18 when you played, we will close the account, void any winnings and return your deposits. Accounts are intended for players resident in the United Kingdom, and you must not use the site from anywhere that online gambling is unlawful.

One account per person

Each player may hold one account. If we identify more than one account belonging to the same person, we may close the duplicates, void bonus funds and any winnings that came from them, and return the remaining deposits.

Your details and your login

The details you register must be your own, complete and accurate, and the name on your account must match your identity documents and payment methods. Please keep your contact details current so that we can reach you about payments and about changes to these terms. Your password is personal to you: do not share it and do not let anyone else play on your account. Activity under your login is treated as your own, so tell us through live chat or support@casino-oreels.co.uk if you think someone else has access.

18+ only

Gambling is for adults only. If you share a device with someone under 18, log out fully and do not save your password in the browser.

Verification of your account

We hold a gaming licence and are required to confirm who our customers are, so every account goes through verification. We may ask for documents when you register, before your first withdrawal, or at any later point while your account is open.

  • Photo identification confirming your name and date of birth.
  • A recent document confirming your home address.
  • Proof that the payment method you have used belongs to you.
  • Where it applies, information about the source of the funds you deposit.

Your first withdrawal will not be paid until these checks are complete. Documents should be clear, in date and show everything the cashier asks for; we will tell you if something we receive cannot be accepted.

Source-of-funds checks

In some cases we must ask about the money you are gambling with, for example where deposits are high compared with the information we already hold. While a check of this kind is open, we may limit deposits or play, and an account can stay restricted if the information we need is not provided. We handle the documents you send us confidentially, as described in our privacy policy.

Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses

Adding funds

You may only add funds using a payment method in your own name. The methods open to you, the minimum and maximum amounts and any fees are shown in the cashier. Your account is for playing with us, not for holding or moving money, and we may ask about unusual patterns of deposits and withdrawals.

Taking money out

Where it is possible, we return money to the method you used to deposit. If that method cannot receive payments, we will ask you to confirm an alternative in your own name. Withdrawal limits and expected processing times are shown in the cashier.

Checks are completedAny verification or source-of-funds checks are finished, and we contact you if a document is missing.

Bonuses and offers

Every promotion has its own terms, which sit alongside these terms and prevail for that offer. They set out who may take part, what you must do to qualify, the wagering requirement, how different games count towards it, the maximum stake allowed while a wagering requirement is open, and when the offer or any bonus funds expire. If a bonus expires, or if you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings tied to it may be removed. Your own funds remain yours.

Fair use of promotions

Offers are for players using the site for ordinary play. We may withdraw an offer, void bonus funds and void winnings that came from them where we see duplicate or linked accounts claiming the same offer, stakes above the maximum allowed while wagering, play designed to clear a requirement with little risk, or any attempt to take an offer that was not meant for you.

Safer gambling, and closing or suspending an account

You can set your own controls in your account at any time: deposit limits, loss or stake limits, reminders about how long you have been playing, and short time-outs. A limit that lowers your exposure applies as soon as you set it, while an increase takes effect only after a cooling-off period. If you want a longer break, you can self-exclude with us, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed sites across Great Britain in one step.

Free, confidential support

Help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. Our support team can also apply a limit, a time-out or self-exclusion for you if you would rather not do it yourself.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time through live chat or support@casino-oreels.co.uk, and we will pay out any balance once checks are complete. A self-exclusion cannot be lifted early.

When we may suspend or close an account

  • You breach these terms or the terms of an offer.
  • The details you gave us are wrong or incomplete, or verification is not completed.
  • We see evidence of fraud, collusion or prohibited software.
  • A legal or regulatory obligation requires it.
  • We have a concern about your safety as a player.
  • The account stays inactive for the period set out in your account.

Complaints, liability and governing law

If something goes wrong

Write to support@casino-oreels.co.uk or use live chat. Please give the name on your account, the date and a short description of what happened, with any transaction or game references. Complaints are looked into in the order they reach us and we reply within a reasonable time, keeping you updated if we need longer.

If we cannot agree

Where a complaint cannot be settled between us, you may take it to an independent alternative dispute resolution service at no cost to you. Our support team will tell you how to do that and what to send. Using that route does not affect your legal rights.

Our liability

We provide the site and the games with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free from interruption. Where a game, bonus or payment is affected by an error or technical fault, the affected bets may be void and any amount paid in error may be corrected or recovered. We are not liable for losses caused by your own breach of these terms or by matters outside our reasonable control, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and that is where any dispute between us will be settled.
